As a brand new agent in 2018, Sergio took action and implemented the Real Estate Vortex right after attending one of my live training events.
He started by reaching out to his Personal Circle (PC) or people he knew, constantly reminding them that he was in real estate. He trained relentlessly and implemented consistently.
The initial reluctance from his PC didn’t stop him. He got a friend to hire him by assuring him: “Look...who’s gonna take better care of you than me? You know I’m gonna do everything I say I'm gonna do. I will do everything it takes to make sure that I get you the best results.”

Sergio’s Strategies for Success:
Consistent action even when people say “No”. As soon as he gets some success, he gets the word out and gains more success. He keeps getting more confidence and credibility.
Consistent implementation of the Vortex strategies.
Cross-promotion. He promotes local business owners to his PC, and they in turn promote him.
Creating Top-Of-Mind Awareness (TOMA). He puts himself out on social media as he shares his real estate journey and lets people see him do business. This makes people think about you first whenever they know somebody who needs help selling or buying a house.
Asking for the business. When he gets it, he thanks them and asks them again.
